Coordinate Converter: batch convert a pasted list

I regularly get a list of 20–30 UTM coordinates for waypoints and have to convert them one at a time. Let me paste a list or upload a CSV, pick input/output formats, and download the converted set — ideally straight to a GPX waypoints file.
