Convert Garmin FIT and TCX files to GPX

All my watch activities export as FIT, and the converter FAQ says fitness formats need to be exported to GPX first. A FIT/TCX-to-GPX tool that keeps heart rate and cadence would save that extra step — everything else here already runs in the browser, which is why I'd rather do it on this site.
