Merge multiple GPX files into one track

My GPS logger splits long rides into separate files whenever it pauses, so one trip ends up as three or four GPX files. It would be great to upload several files, put them in order, and download one continuous track. Bonus points if it can also just combine them as separate tracks in a single file.
